Long time no see? :)

Yeah, yeah I know it's been too long but don't be expecting much in
the future okay? I'm expecting to blog very irregularly in the future
but during my spare time, I'll try to comment all the blogs I
follow since I lovelovelove reading all your posts :)

I promised Jennifer this blog post ageesss ago but never got
around to doing it, so here it is: Norman's party 8D

To be honest, I think I'm a really awkward person to be around when
you first meet me because I have this 'look' I do subconsciously
and it makes me look bitchy ==; I'm trying to smile more often!
Man that sounds so....weird...haha.

It was so crammed that day and it was 32 degrees!
The room consisted of mostly sweaty teenage boys
and I have to say it smelt horrendous. D:<

Darren, Viv and I were sitting on the couch and Jason
was on the floor leaning against Darren's legs.

Darren: Are you comfortable Jason?
Jason: Yeahh!
Darren: Good, cause your arm pit
sweat is all over my legs.

We spent most of the time in Norman's living room playing
Singstar! So fun but my throat hurt so much after wards 8D
You can imagine it was extremely entertaining watching the
boys tempt to sing in falsetto during Mika's songs.
Wasn't very pleasant to the ears though! ><"

Although, James disagreed since he has an fear of dogs.

trampoline.

I haven't been on one since I was a young child.
It felt so good! I felt like a little kid haha.

I've never web cammed before lol
so I've been having brekkie over webcam during the
Summer Holidays. We sit in bed in our PJS and
just have morning chats. So so awesome <3 :)

Ah! Sorry for the blogging hiatus people!
I've been drowning in my studies for exams but I promise when I'm
done I''ll be back to the usual blogging/commenting :)
Went to Sweetha's birthday party last week.
I made sure to dress semi-formal this time!

(Just realized the photo quality on Blogger is terrible ;/)
We went to this Italian restaurant on Lygon Street.
Was a really fun night in all, I was laughing so hard.

I don't know what it is but the majority of my class
has this insane obsession with collecting post cards.
Our library gives away free posts cards and whenever
there are new ones, the whole class ambushes them
like a bunch of wild animals. LOL.

There were some free post cards at the restaurant
and Annie went into this mini-spazz and tried
to reach for them but I had to tackle her and
pull her away from the rack of post cards yelling
"Annie! This is no time to be a Macrob nerd!"

The restaurant has this really orangey light so if
the flash doesn't reach you, it looks like have this
horrible fake tan. Don't I remind you of those
weirdly tanned girls in Japan? Haha

Conversations Between Us.

I'm super lazy to post today but since I told Annie I was going to do a
post on Sunday, I'll post up some conversations I had during with the
week with some of my favorite girlies. :D (Not all though! :O)

Without them, I think life would be wayyy to serious! I love all the
Macrob girls because they bring humor into my life and keep me sane
and light-hearted.

It's great to have people who never bring you down. They're a bunch
of loving girls who are like, "Hey, it's okay. We can get through this
together." Even though we are always constantly complaining about
the crazy work load ;p

We even made new nicknames for each other. We use the first
syllableof the person's last name and repeat it.
(LOL we're such losers :D) E.g:

Rufi Chen = Chen Chen
Annie Louey= Lou Lou
Zoe Chan= Chan Chan (I love this, so asian haha)
Jennifer Nguyen= Ngu Ngu (Really funny because if you say it
with a Viet accent, it means stupid, stupid. Haha
Katherine Duong= Doo Doo/ Duo Duo

School's back in

Oh look, I popped out (I nearly wrote pooped o_o") the lens of my 3D
glasses from the last post. Good for photo-whoring experiences.
Not so great in real life.

Went to Tran's on the last day of holidays.
When I got there they were watching, "Forgetting Sarah Marshall"
and betting on whether Kristen Bell (who plays Sarah Marshall)
was also the voice of the TV show Gossip Girl.

They got really serious about it and even googled it.
Apparently the majority of their year level at Mazenold
downloads and watches Gossip Girl. Rofl. Nice (Y)

After that we walked to Kelvin's house and played Rock Band
and then after went back to Tran's to play Hotel 626.

It's a game where you're in a haunted hotel. Pretty freaky since
the visuals and sound is really clear. Tran was sitting behind me
covering his eyes and screaming like a girl =_______=;

I also re-dyed my roots Ash Blonde. Bought it at the pharmacy for $8!
Bargain! I had a hard time getting my mum to do it for me but
I persuaded her in the end by telling her if she dyed my hair I
would do hers as well. In the beginning she was reluctant.

Always saying things like, "Who do you think you are? Some
kind of supermodel? Some kind of celebrity or dancer? You
go to school not a fashion show!"

I asked my dad and he said, "You want to be Japanese or Korean!?
Good Vietnamese girls don't dye their hair!"

It was my first time dying my mum's hair brown and it was
a little sloppy near her forehead. ><"
Mum: You're going to make my skin brown! You want
me to turn into an Indian! Go get a tissue!

I've actually been looking forward to sleeping lately.
Usually I would regard it as a waste of time but I've been
having heaps of drams lately and it's sort of like an nightly
adventure you know? Notable dreams I had recently:

1/ I swam through a huge river of moss and algae to buy some
bubble cup. I can't remember if I was naked or not o_O"

2/ Went to Jason's house which was a mansion that had a
waterfall in his backyard. Lucy was there and Jason told Lucy
he loved her. (Funny I forgot about Lucy's boyfriend in real life)
and I just kept taking photos of his amazing house and my dad was
there checking out the bonsais o_o"

I also realized that sometimes I do things that come off as bitchy to
other people. Actually, I do it quite often subconsciously.
Sometime I use sarcasm too often but I say it with a serious voice
and straight face so people thing I'm being plain mean.
I should really fix this habit of mine. It makes me come
off as really cold and unfriendly. ><"

Happy Full Moon Guys!

These are the 3D glasses I wore on Wednesday
when I went to go see the movie "Up."
They're massive compared to my tiny face ;/

I went and saw it with my cousin Amanda.
I'm not that keen on cartoon movies but
I felt reluctant to take my cousin since
I barely ever hang out with her....

Maybe it was because of all the hype
about the movie "Up" but after I saw it
I admit I was a tad disappointed.
(May told me she cried during the movie lols)
I don't know, there were some funny parts
but in the end it just got all weird and random.

Does anyone agree it's overrated?
I prefer "Finding Nemo"

On Wednesday, went to Eric's birthday
which was held at a park in the North side
of Melbourne. I had never been to the
north side until then.

We just had a BBQ and hung out.
The weather was quite pleasant but super
windy so alot of the time was spent chasing
after stray plates that had blown away lols.

Omg the piece of lamb has a giant wart on it! ><" Food was really good but when I got home
I had a killer stomach ache =='

After we ate we played a game of
"Truth or Dare"

But it just turned out to be a game of
dares because the guys said 'Truth' is
boring lmao. I haven't played the game
since...Primary school or something~!
Haha but it was super funny.

Some of the dares were pretty challenging...
but only the guys did them Haha.
Gosh, some of the guys were so strong o_o
Jack was dared to jump on the roof of this
playground thing and he somehow actually
got up there and then just JUMPED off the roof.
I would've like broken my leg!

And Eric gave two guys a piggy back and
they didn't even look very light...
(They didn't look fat though...) ^^"

And then some of the dares were just plain
dirty but still funny nonetheless.
Vinnie was dared to lick Darren's nipple...
And he actually did it! lmaoo
Well, he sort of put his tongue out and
someone from behind pushed his head
towards Darren's chest.

Darren was shouting like a girl after wards
and Vinnie said it tasted like sweat.
Everyone was laughing so hard.

Darren was dared to strip and he made a
pretty big scene out of it haha.
Jumped onto the barbecue and threw
of everything (besides his pants of course).

We (the girls) just sort of stared in amazement
about how open he was about it...
and then James commented on how
us girls were still staring...
We all immediately turned our head away.

Christie was supposed to pole dance
but she sort of just put her leg around
the pole and stood there lol

Joy had to lick Christie's neck lmao.
I just had to give Jennifer's nose a
kiss which was super easy ;)

Dom's Bday

Title is self explanatory.
It was Dominic's birthday today.
Since he is so forgetful he didn't actually invite
me until today! I was actually in bed when
my mum called me from work in a rage
demanding me why my phone wasn't
working. My mobile does work but I had
turned it off and so the person ringing went
directly to my voice mail.

My voice mail is me saying "Hello?"
So when people hear it they actually think
I've picked up.

I'm so mean but it's
actually my secret pleasure
to hear people leave voice mail messages like,
"Kathy? Hello? Kathy? WTF pick up man!!"
I just die laughing listening to them
when I'm bored. Lmao

Anyways, when my mum finally got through
to me (via home phone), I had just woken up.
It was around twelve-ish
(Yeah, yeah I know, I'm a lazy bum)

And my mum was shouting how my friends
were already in the city =='
So I bounced out of bed in double time
and ran to the station only to JUST
miss my train. And my new shoes were
chaffing the back of my feet and it hurt
like crazy~!

I finally met the girls in front of State Library
(Thu, May and Dom's girlfriend Rebecca)
and then we went to Max Brenner's to
have lunch. AKA Brekkie for us girls,
the guys just had Maccas
Max Brenner's is a chocolate bar
and the food is amazing
(If you have a sweet tooth).

What May and I shared.

I love Max Brenner!
They have really huge cups for hot chocolate
and I love sitting outside under the heater on
cold days. There's a waiter that works there
who is super good looking too ><" Haha

Afterward, we went to Crown's Galactic Circus
to meet up with the guys
(Phillip, Michael and Dominic)

When we arrived they complained that they
had waited for an hour for me. Pshh!
Not my fault Dominic forgot to invite me
(the idiot had even rang me yesterday!)

I played a game of bowling with
Dom and Phillip. Phillip lost and I
had a draw with Dom.

Then had a team game of pool
with the girls. May and I
were on one team,
Thu and Rebecca on another.

We won!
Not because we have awesome pool skills
but it was Rebecca's first time playing.

After that, just went around playing on the
game machines. I'm not too much a fan of
Galactic because I can't help feel that it's a
waste of my money since I don't enjoy the
games all that much. Ahh whatever.

As we were walking home this old man
(well...not that I think of it, not that old,
probably in his thirties)
Said to me, "Damn, your gorgeous girl"
I wanted to take it as a compliment
but I couldn't help but feel a tad disturbed.

Funny how I have pedos and boy that
are younger than me tell me these things
but never guys that are the ideal age for me.
What is that supposed to mean? >__>"

I've been hanging out with Dom and Michael
too much recently. They keep ruining my
dieting plans! In the morning I would have
filled up with heaps of fruit and healthy food
but once I get to Dom's house all my effort
goes to waste and I end up eating all this junk.

Home made nachos!

Apart from ruining my diet they're pretty
fun to hang out with. Spent most of the
time lazing around and doing randoms stuff.
(Like burning tissues lmao).

Played guitar hero which was super fun!
Although I was too unco to play the drums.
They were saying it was shameful how much
I sucked at the drums seeing as I played
the piano but I swear its much more different
when all these colourful notes are flying at
you from the screen!

Or maybe I'm just suck.

Which is the most likely explanation.

When it got late, we ended up watching TV.
Came across this show called
"Naked and Funny"

I found it pretty amusing and obviously,
the boys loved watching it. Lol
Because we know each other so well they
don't find it embarrassing enough to hide
their...horny desires...
(Lmao that sounded so weird...I had
no better word for it 8D )

Something that made me laugh:
I had a dream yesterday night.
Jessica Simpson came to visit my school
and along with her she also introduced her
brother (who was miraculously good looking
and for some reason he was also Asian.)
His good looks made me start to squeal like
a crazy fan girl and then I started taking heaps
of pictures of him. Lmao so weird ;3
